ESN - Weekend Ski Grimentz A25 –

Please read this text until the end. It contains IMPORTANT information.

General information for the Ski Weekend

  • Location: Grimentz
  • Date: Friday, 12th of December 16h30 - Sunday, 14th of December

Tickets

  • It is mandatory to choose one option of the category 'Weekend Ski'. Otherwise your ticket will not be valid!
    1. There is the option for 1-day or 2-day ski passes. (If you only ski 1 day, you can go for a hike or snow sledging the other day).
    2. If you are 25 or older, choose one of the options '...(25 years and older)'. It costs 15 CHF more because you are considered Adult for the Ski Pass.
    3. Only choose the option 'WITHOUT pass', if you have a valid ski pass for Grimentz (e.g. Magic Pass) or do not want to ski.

  • We do NOT make any refunds. You can only do a ticket exchange with another student.

Prices and Payment

  • Prices: Check the prices below. The tickets include half-board, accommodation and transport
  • Discount: If you do have an ESN Card, you get a discount of 10 CHF. To get the discount, after you have added one option of Ski Pass to your cart, click on the button 'continue' and then scroll down and choose the option ESN Card discount in the section additional options. We will check the ESN cards at the check-in at the start of the event. If it is not valid, we will charge you with the price difference.
  • Payment Methods: You can pay by TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Postfinance.
  • We do NOT make any refunds. You can only do a ticket exchange with another student.

Order

  • You can only purchase 1 ticket per person.
  • Once you have selected your ticket you have 20minutes to complete the purchase. If you have not successfully proceeded to payment by then, you loose your ticket.

Ski / Snowboard Classes

  • Ski and Snowboard classes are on Saturday morning, in groups and they last 2.5 hours.
  • Please note that a minimum of participants is required. We reserve the right to cancel classes if too few participants register.

  • Sales will be online (no sales at the ESN desks!).
    The online shop will be open from Thursday the 27th of November at 12.00 up until Thursday the 4th of December at 23.59*.

This option includes a 2.5 hours ski group lesson. The lessons will be dispensed by The Swiss Ski School of Grimentz. We will reimburse you if the lesson is cancelled.
